THis is absolutley the WORST service I have ever used!! I cannot get a signal hardly anywhere, and if I do get a signal I have to stand VERY still, or the call will drop if I move....there are several numbers that I cannot call OR TEXT and cannot call me OR TEXT me even tho I have the monthly unlimited plan, and trying to talk to customer service is like pulling teeth! I have been on hold for 23mins, and they keep routing me back to entering my acct number and saying.. You can go online to update your acct, blah blah when I have talked to them they are absolutley no help, because you cannot understand what the hell they are saying,and they cannot understand you, its awful. Ok, so you cant hardly get any cell phone unlimited service for 50 bucks a month,but this is not even worth 10 dollars a month!
